nokia asha 311 3 time blinking phone 0ff

nokia asha 311(rm-714) blinking on Nokia logo.after 3 time blinking phone goes blink display , i flash with latest ver 7.36 but same problem ,,

anyone out me this problem



this is sure not water damage or fall down

try with re-hot but not help me

also remove camera and check still only 3 blinks

check with remove sim and memory still same

also change display



i know this is software issue.but anyone keep it secret



please tell me what to do i have mx key,atf and hwk now
