card not found

Hi, ive installed the latest setup (SPTCARD1758.rar) but after installing smartcard and box drivers I can't use the software.



Activator just says "searching dongle...dongle is not found" but the smartcard is installed:







If I try to start SPT software it just closes itself without showing anything.



What I can do? I have this box:
