File downloading problem

hello recently i buy spt box facing some problem file download, when i click support it going on internet explorer and can't pause or resume any file

My Q.1 How can i open support area/file download area with Mozilla or other browser without internet explorer

Q.2 Pause download or resume download or torrent download possible? because some files are 1.5gb like note3 or others without pause can't downloading
