s7562 mtk 6575 problem

hi dear members

I have two phones s7562 mtk 6575 for google account

cant enter adb

I make flash with this file

but after flash phone working fine but both phones now on insert simcard,before accepting the sim card well.

Now doesnt accept any sim always say no service (my sim has pin code)but dont ask for pin*imei ok repair ok
