Samsung firmware download problem in windows xp

Hi I use latest version and got problem with download samsung firmware in windows xp, always process stop on 60% and after this nothing happen(same when I connect phone to cable or want download manualy firmware).

On same network with laptop with windows 8 all work correct can you check this and fix bug soon ??
