how to repair bb and imei null m250s korean need experts help

hi

i convert m250s to i9100 (4.1.2) sucess. but imei became 0044xxxx

but work fine. till i used from 6 m0nth.

but today morning i saw mobile baseband unknown and imei null



i flash again official firmware M250s also i9100 but same.

how to repair it please advice?
