iPhone 4 touch problem.. 1.8v missing

Hi please read my post then answer me . iPhone 4 touch controller not getting 1.8v it's missing even I change PMIC still no 1.8v coming out from PMIC to touch controller ..

If anyone solved this please reply urgent thanks, in advance
