No answer from phone imei clean s4

I just got my z3x box installed she'll samsung tool installed drivers installed Kies 3 and tried repairing imei on s4 by doing the following

Root your device

*#0808# select dm+modem+adb

Select correct model

Select the correct port

Click on repair

Put the original imei and press ok...



Then I get the following ?

Selected port: COM1 Communications Port

Selected port speed: 115200

Reading phone info... no answer from phone
