R-Sim 9 Pro to be used in another phone?

I was using R-Sim 9 pro with iPhone 5S ( EE UK locked ) .. But now i have bought an iPhone 5 ( Locked to AT&T ), the R-Sim 9 Pro is still with me.

When i insert it into iPhone 5, it takes me to activation screen,

Can some one please guide how can i use it with this iPhone 5?
