Samsung s4 copy imei can't write

Samsung s4 chinese, when writing imei *#*#46340#*#* , it says



unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped



I reset the phone, rooted and also ( i used mobile uncle tools apk, but it doesnt support this phone)





I tried with volcano but can't connect properly.
