Iphone 4 charge problem

Hi Guys.I have an Iphone 4 with charge problem. The phone charge ok, but when the battery is totally discharged is impossible to charge it. When plug the cable only shows the apple logo and restart in a loop, but no charge. If i put an charged battery and plug the cable, the battery shows is in charge and the % up and up to 100%.

I try to jumper the fuses near dock conecction and the jumpers in crystal charging, but the problem continue.

Any help ???
