iPhone 5S with iOS 7.1.1 which RSIM works???

Hi there, has anyone make iPhone 5S on iOS 7.1.1 works with any rsim???? I've tried using "rsim air 2" and also "rsim mini 2" without success.....any time i insert foreing simcard it ask for activation......
