I'm trying to figure out how to fix the IMEI on the nexus 4. I put the phone in Download mode it doesn't do nothing. I put it in diag mode through adb the software freezes (not responding) Phone is rooted I need some help please. All drivers are installed. I'm using a usb cable if that helps. Thanks.
