S3 9305 LTE 4.3 UNLOCK help reqd

Does anybody have any good info on how to unlock s3 LTE 4.3



I think I am doing it correct from what I've read but it won't work.



I am using standard usb lead not rj45

Phone is rooted using cf auto root.

I am pressing new security, reset EFS

I get bypass msl.. Error
