iOS 8.1 iPhone 5s Activation Loop and Internet Solution

i have iPhone 5s Lock to UK EE carrier .

i have Jailbreak my iPhone using pangu and also Install Cydia with updates Substrate .

i have unlock it with R-sim 9+ nano cloud but having two issue .

1. Activation Loop

2. 2G/3G internet not working.

If any Patch Release from R-sim or old patch working ???????
