iphone 5 error 16?

Can anybody help me with error 16 on iTunes while restore iphone 5?



I tried on different pcs,

updated iTunes with lataest version,

changed usb cable,

changed usb ports,

changed battery,



nothing helps will b a great help if someone solve this problem.
