Lumia 920 /RM-821/ flash failed/Doesn't start/ Why?

Hi! I like flash Lumia 920/RM-821/ but doesn't start flash. Why?

I can read NVM, but I can't read RPL, becouse the phone can not go Test mode.

Can not go Boot mode, Test mode,Flash mode...

Possible boot repair and flash correct firmware?
