octopus box strange problem

hi octopus team i have strange problem in my octopus box because i re install the windows but if i want to some mobile unlock show this error usb debugging is not open but in mobile or device manager show samsung android device correctly here is 1 mobile log i have 4 mobiles sc-02b 2 mobile is unlock succsussfully unlock but in 2 mobiles show this error log is here

To connect SC-02B phone you have to perform the following steps:

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.

3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

4. When the message appears press "Yes".

5. Connect USB cable to the phone.

6. Press "Read Info" in software.
