e1 d2005 screen repair

Hi every1 new Herr hopefully in the right place.

I've got a xperia e1 d2005 and have broken the screen(cracked and a bit leaked) and I'm finding it hard to find an LCD and digitizer together so I'm wondering if any1 knows either

1) where to find a digitizer, LCD combo(already stuck together)?

2) is it possible to replace just the LCD? Or

3) how do I stick them together if I buy both digitizer and lcd seperately?
