hello volcano team my volcano box not working! BOX_34732: Invalid device information. error: 769

this solution

Type "regedit" and click OK

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Then to Software

Then go to volcano_tool

Then right-click on it and select "Expand"

There will be one or more volcano_tool folder, right-click on it and delete it

not solved my problem!
