SM-G900T Repair IMEI Question Via Octoplus

So i have the Octoplus and trying to Repair IMEI for the Samsung Galaxy S5 (T-Mobile) SM-G900T. After the Repair Security/Wipe Security. Next step is to Write Cert. Where do i get the Cert file from? also, how can i edit the Cert file to change the imei and use one of my old phones i dont use anymore.
