Unlock sgh-t139 done

Well I was looking for old exe because in the newest doesn't appear supported this model so I tried in main module but says nothing with any sysol model. So with the newest samsung module V0.7.3 I'd select SGH-T239 and gave me the code. As always such a great tool. Thanks a lot NCK TEAM.... My log...
