zzkey blocked update server error

Hi sir

Today when i try to use my dongle software said that dongle blocked!i dont use unauthorized app and i dont now why my dongle is blocked!

i send dongle SN to dear chromgsmunlcok@hotmail.com and unblock_dongle@zz-key.com and wait for slove problem....thanks a lot.
