Please refund my money

Hello i have furious and licence end, anyway i have it 155 credits never used on my box, so please refund money from credtis, because not now and even in future i have no entention to renew the license, this 155 credits are buy only for use on unlock samsung..... so no more need this service because not working and waiting for promise are pain in the ***...





i have talk with support online and promisse make me refund, anyway never refunded.....
