How to get SRO and Provider-ID for a Nokia Lumia 920

Hi everybody!

I`m a newbie in gsm unlock and I need an information.

How to get SRO and Provider-ID for a Nokia Lumia 920?

I paid for un unlock code on a website, but after 11 days of...nothing they are asking me to give them those SRO and Provider-ID using a method that is not working. :mad:

So I really apreciate some help!
