[I747] Galaxy S3 ATT Unlock Issues. Need Help Please!!

Hello,



I just got SPT Box today and am trying to unlock my I747 Galaxy S3 ATT.



I have my phone all ready rooted with towelroot.



*#7284 set to USB

*#0808# set to DM+MODEM+ADB



I got to the Service Tools Tab...

Check - Repair IMEI and fill in IMEI

Check - Unlock

Check - Restart



Click Factory Mode



and SPT box says....



"Please Wait Enter Test Mode"

"Timeout !"

"Total Time : "



Any reason why it keeps timing out? Seems like its not detecting phone but All ports are working, Samsung Mobile USB Port selected VIA USB cable.



Do I not use USB for unlock? Are my steps wrong???



Please any assistance / help would be greatly aprpecaited!!!
