nokia 530 after enter 20 digit nck shows puk code

sir today receve telsta aus nokia 530 and put correct nck 20 digit [ having 10 attapet remaning] code then prees enter disply shows the device is locked to specific mobile operater and its currently blocked............... PUK required but its not sim puk code what can i do now sir pl give me solution
