Note 3 imei repair spt box

Hey fellas Im new to spt box I repaired s5 no problem now I want to repair note 3 but when I download mode then spt mode it's tells me are u sure you are plugged in and also tells me are u sure Ian debug is open and the both are so can anyone help me I'm trying to repair imei on my note 3 thanks people
