problem apdating dongle

hello sirs ....best team..

i want to ask sirs why untill now from 2 months i tried so hard to update my bst dongle and the answer is................ Update firmware step2 ... failed 20, at address 00000019,,,,,,

and i ask you several times about this problem , and i have send the serial number for you as you asked but no anwer , can you please tell me what is the problem ? i want to know , if the dongle is not working any more ?

i will threw it away , if still working how can i manage that ?

so please ....... please ..... tell me what to do , and give the right answer for my questions ......
