refund credits

hi all



i write to have solutions from support.

i took 10 credits dtsamsung in december for 49euros.

dtsamsung is down so i asked to refund thoses credits in my account server to use credits for unlock others phones

i contact Rayan and told me to give him my username and all details to refund.

now i m waiting since 1 month to just have my credits back.



i know Rayan is trustable but too much time to get my credits back it s not normal so please make the necessary quick.
