Z3x windoz 7 32bit

hi guys

i have Z3X box and i have installed it with correct way as i know but i get the problem to use cables rj45 with z3x port cause all phones that can i unlock them by rj45 not connect with this port even i see z3x port apears at ports gate . this is wireid so please help me
