i8190 flashed but still restarting, please how to solve?

I8190 is restarting and I have flashed it with version 4.1.2

and even version 4.1.1 but is still restarting and could not

even reset after the flashing, and the recovery mode keys

were not working please how will I solve it?

Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.

To put GT-I8190 into Download Mode, You have to perform the

following steps:

1. Reconnect the battery.

2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.

3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
