iPhone 5 Home Button Not Working After Replacement

So I consider myself a high level technician... But I am trying to locate the IC chip for the home button of the iPhone 5. I have replaced the home button flex as well as numerous charging ports... But still the home button is not functioning.. Everything else seems to be ok.



Any help would be grateful!
