D821 (DIAG) Port not found

I have a D821 and I've tried almost everything to read the phone. I have read other Nexus 5 but this one I have flashed everything from 442 to 444 and every modified boot IMG I've also tried on 3 separate PC with no luck. Please help so I can get this phone repaired support I've emailed you, Skype you and no more response
