Galaxy note 3 exynos baseband gets unknown

Hello

I need some help please my imei and baseband version become unknown

So we use sbt box to repair and yes it done but when I put the sim card in the device the baseband become unknown.

and it's working some times and some times unknown

now I am asking is this meaning that's baseband ic needs to change
