huawei m7-l09 drivers high speed

hi , i just want to unlock huawei m7-l09 i try to install al drivers on folder dispatched with the update but the number one always said device is not conected , i try to install with phone conected , withouth phone conected and all the time is the same





can you tell me if i am wrong or is caused by some missing drivers on package
