Macwin™ refund my money

I have tried 2 imei "T-Mobile premium service" with Macwin™. Before submit the imei, i have confirmed with him that the service is not unlock under the "worldwide service". Now both of them imei are unlocked a couple days ago, and it is unlocked with the worldwide service(it already confirmed under worldwide service). I have contact with him and he told me his supplier don't listen him. I have paid $224 to get those 2 imei unlock because he told me it's a official tmobile premium service. (worldwide service many people doing under $40 per an imei). Now i want my refund back, cause worldwide service is not the service im looking for and it have a very big chance the imei will get relock in the future. Now he said his supplier don't want to refund him and he only want to refund a small part of money. I want my full refund here, cause it's not the service you promised.
