Need help have I545 that flash to cricket want to return to Verizon

Can anyone tel me how I go about returning phone back to Verizon Settings.



Brought phone and found user programed it to Cricket now I want to return it to Verizon.



Any tutorials please.

I just don't mess with cdma phones much to know how to.
