When someone volcano box hardware damage, then he has to purchase a complete new one.
Plz release separate hardware, so that he will not to have pay for the activation again.
The user will post the old box serial no and the new box serial no.
Then any volcano product supporter or manager can shift the activation from old to new one.
This is really great idea.
Please consider on it
