when no trick works then we have to format there is a risk spacialy new samsung clone mtk 6572/6575 (s7565/s7582) always hang on logo after format but here is a way to format safely with volcano box
1= Read Flash and save it
2=Read info and save address in note pad
3=tick format and press RUN
4=when page open write 1 and 2 address
5=press customize and connect power off phone with volume down key
6= wait when process done (STOP turns RUN) disconnect phone
