m919 no sound when calling

i flashed with odin
hard reset
but not proper problem solved after hard reset ear piece work for a short time
after that same problem.
its hardware problm or software ?
if it iz hardware problem then why it works after hard reset for maximum 5 minutes ???
plz some one help mee to solve this issue ;););)
