Samsung Core Plus G350L

Hi, my friend tried to repair his G350L with octopus box, he tried to fix imei as a I8260 (Galaxy Core), but now his phone wont boot. Im pretty sure he messed up the motherboard or the processor by doing that. Any suggestion/thoughts?
