samsung s3 neo gt-i9301i replace imei

Hi, I have a problem .. I bought a neo s3 gt-i9301i for spare parts on ebay (with broken display) to take the motherboard and replace it with my .. this because my was burned by contact with water but the display is saved ... the motherboard purchased was working except for the fact that the imei blocked by a telephone operator and the seller does not want to reimburse me .. is possible to replace the imei locked with my imei of card burned and solve the problem of the network?what procedure should I follow?
