lumia 710 dead after unlock , plz help

hi , i got lumia 710.1 rm-809 for unlock

i search in forum for unlock procedure , and i start by following procedure

1.select model and go to emmc atb and press sp unlock , it detect and gives at end ( WARNING: Patch Bit NOT FOUND!

Maybe Phone is already UNLOCKED! 0

but when i insert my sim it says enter pin



then i do one thing more

i press scan partitions button and select wp_os and press write partition with rm809_osbl_qualcomm.esco file ,

after this file i press unlock and it says
