htc desire 300 unlock error

hello



i have this HTC DESIRE 300, 4.1.2, locked on Orange RO



- UNLOCKED bootloader

- G3U

- S-ON

- HBOOT 1.18.0002

- CWM 6.0.3.7

- rooted, and detected as rooted



tried to unlock it with add-on , UNLOCK by HBOOT, full log :

after phone restart i go to SIMOCK Menu but i all i get is ERRORS :





SD INIT OK

OPEN MCCMNC file failed

OPEN IMEI file failed

OPEN SF file failed

OPEN NAME file failed

CHECK KEYCARD file failed




This HBOOT version is not supported or what ?



pls answer asap !
