Lumia 710 flashing error...

The Problem is



After repairing the phone with raw boot files( w/ &w/o Flashing 0x48 WP_OS Partition) , the phone bootloader is relocked ie DLOAD MODE( nokia usb connectivity) but not Qualcomm Mode ieunlocked bootloader



But still the same error
