a little problem

sorry i dont know if is the right to place this question . i been having this awesome z3x box for a few months but since yesterday the box wont detect no phones from the rj or usb port . i mean the computer will detect the box and the card but when it comes to read the phone info wont detect it . i mean the whole phone is properlly setup .



i tried different models like the t999 or the m919 and t889 but wont read none of them .. they all area properly setup and root to read on rj and usb but never read it at all
