Strange problem with Samsung S6500d

This phone has dead boot,I repair boot with Riff,then flash with Odin and the phone is ok and power on,but when i lock the screen phone,in 3 or 5 seconds the phone is power of,I try with another batery but the same,What I can do with this problem.(The phone power off automaticly when i lock the screen)
