crc error when unzip flash files "tar.md5"

my problem is extracting zip file flash samsung. always the same error during extraction "crc error". I tried with several extraction "win-rar. 7-zip-zip win." in different computer software. and it come with my i337 I download no less than 5 different source of dispute flash and still the same problem and today the same problem with the N7100.
