help need about samsung tool

today i have downloaded samsung tool V1.0 but after install not working software

when i open it showing,,



net framwork initialization error

to run this appilcation u first must install net framwork v4.0.30319



i try to install of this framwork but cant b install ,,, pls help or any idea?? soon



my pc running os is widows xp professional ,version 2002, service pack3
